Your treatment is customized according to where your outbreaks normally occur and whether there is a visible residual skin marker identifying a previous outbreak site.
Regular Immunity Boost
For patients who know where their outbreaks usually occur, but have no visible skin marker at the prior outbreak site.
You show our practitioner the location or locations where outbreaks typically occur and your practitioner treats both the suspected outbreak area and the corresponding lymphatic region using our low-level laser protocol.
If you have more than one recurring outbreak location, each identified site can be treated separately during the appointment.
Genital HSV Immunity Boost — $199
For recurrent externally accessible genital or adjacent perineal outbreak sites where there is no visible residual skin indication identifying the prior outbreak site.
Enhanced Immunity Boost
For patients who have a visible residual skin marker identifying the location of a previous outbreak.
Sometimes a prior outbreak leaves a subtle area of residual redness, discolouration or textural change that allows the previous outbreak site to be identified more precisely.
In those circumstances, Genesis uses our Enhanced Immunity Boost protocol. The visibly identified prior-outbreak site receives additional targeted treatment using an additional laser protocol.
Other recurring outbreak locations without a visible skin marker continue to receive the standard Immunity Boost treatment.
