Leading our business development, our co-founder is a practicing lawyer with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and go-public transactions.

Having been a director of a NASDAQ listed public company, he has a broad base of experience with growing start-ups and managing key relationships with investors, auditors, and bankers.

Having personally benefited from the incredible effects of LLLT on a cold sore that used to recur semi-annually, he is passionate about bringing the tremendous benefits of laser therapy to the broader market as well as partnering with governments to offer ready available, free or low-cost treatment to disadvantaged populations.
